Teachers Health shines in customer-voted Mozo People’s Choice Awards

Thursday 18 May 2023: Teachers Health has been recognised in the 2023 Mozo People’s Choice Awards, scooping awards for outstanding customer satisfaction, value for money, sign up experience and trust.

Determined by the votes of Australian customers, the annual Mozo People’s Choice Awards, recognise companies and products that deliver the highest customer satisfaction levels, best service, and a range of other qualities. Australians rated 50 health insurance companies for the 2023 Awards.

"Members are at the heart of everything we do, and we are grateful to receive this recognition of the value and care we provide. As a not-for-profit, our top priority is offering our members the best possible cover and experience,” said CEO Brad Joyce.

“As Australia's largest industry-based health fund, we believe it's vital to provide this high level of service for the caretakers in our community – our school staff, nurses and midwives, educators, and their families,” he concluded.

“The Mozo People’s Choice Awards were developed to give Australian consumers and customers a voice and help others in their purchasing decisions. What better award accolades to receive than ones that have been determined by your own customers,” said AJ Duncanson, Mozo Director and People’s Choice Awards adjudicator.
