We’ll finalise your membership and send you two pieces of mail: your membership card(s) and your welcome pack.

Your welcome pack includes important info on your health insurance policy, so please have a close read. If it’s not what you’re after, tell us within 30 days of your policy commencing and we can cancel your membership. You’ll receive a full refund as long as no claims have been paid during this time.
