To stretch your health dollar a little further, Basic Extras lets you use your benefits on things you need the most. Enjoy a flexible yearly limit on popular services like physio, remedial massage and psychology, as well as additional limits for optical and dental. Plus, you even get a Healthy Lifestyle benefit (think gym membership) to improve a health condition (including your mental health).
Add Hospital cover for the bigger stuff
While we’re talking health, for more control if any bigger issues crop up, why not add our Basic Hospital (Basic Plus) cover? It’s an affordable option that lets you choose your doctor, be covered in a private hospital for a few services, and in a public hospital for many more.
(On top of this, getting Hospital cover may also help reduce any Lifetime Health Cover loading that you’d otherwise have to pay once you’re over 31.)
