How can I change my direct debit payment frequency?

You can change your payment frequency via the Teachers Health app or Online Member Services:

  • Log in
  • Go to Membership
  • Go to Cover details
  • Select the Edit icon next to Premium
  • Choose Frequency (options listed below)
  • Click Update

You can choose to pay your premiums: 

  • Fortnightly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • 6 Monthly
  • Yearly
