When the COVID-19 outbreak began, we expanded our telehealth offering so eligible members are able to claim towards a wider range of telehealth services^.

These telehealth services will be available until 30 June 2023:

    • Physio
    • Chiro
    • Osteo
    • Occupational therapy
    • Podiatry
    • Exercise physiology.

These services are now permanently available via telehealth:

    • Speech therapy
    • Dietetics
    • Lactation consultants
    • Accredited Mental Health Social Workers
    • Psychology.

^Benefits depend on your level of Extras cover, and remaining limits.
