Get ready for your payment
For a hassle-free payment process, please ensure we have your correct direct credit details on file. We’re talking about the bank account we make payments into (e.g. your claims).
Here’s how to check, update or add your direct credit details:
- Log in to Online Member Services
- Go to Payments
- Select Payment details - claims
- Click on Edit
- Select Bank account as Account type
- Enter BSB
- Enter Account number
- Enter Account name
- Click Next
- Tick Declaration (I declare that the above information is true and correct. I hereby authorise the above changes to my membership)
- Click Submit.
