Determined by the votes of Australian customers, the annual Mozo People's Choice Awards recognise companies and products that deliver the highest customer satisfaction levels, best service, and a range of other qualities. Australians rated 50 health insurance companies for the 2023 Awards.

Customer Satisfaction Award for Major Private Health Insurer of the Year

Following the Mozo People's Choice Awards, Teachers Health has also been awarded with the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for Major Private Health Insurer of the Year – Not for Profit or Restricted Fund 2022.
