About prepaying: amounts, deadlines and payment options

Paying for your health insurance ahead of a premium increase can be a great way to save in the long term!
Here’s some helpful info about prepaying before 1 April 2025:
How do I prepay my cover?
You can pay using any of these options:
App or Online Member Services:
- Log in
- Go to Make a payment
- Choose Enter amount or Select new paid-to date
- Enter either an amount (how much you want to prepay) or date (how far ahead you want to be paid up to)
- Enter your credit card details
- Review details (includes the option to get a receipt via SMS or email) and select Pay now.
BPAY
If you don’t have it stored, you’ll find your Customer Reference Number (CRN) in the email or letter (depending on your contact preference) we sent in March.
You can also check it via the app or Online Member Services:
- Log in
- Go to Inbox
- Locate your latest Rate Change Notice
- Open the file and scroll down to the BPAY section
- Note down your CRN (underneath the Biller code)
Over the phone
Call us on 1300 728 588 with your credit card details ready.
In-person
Visit the Member Care Counter at the Surry Hills or Parramatta Health Centre.
What is the prepay deadline?
It depends on how you usually pay your premium – here are the key dates:
Direct debit
You’ll need to make your one-off payment at least a week before your next scheduled direct debit.
If your next scheduled direct debit is on or after 30 March we need to receive your one-off payment by 27 March (8pm AEDT). How to make a payment

How can I check when I’m paid up to?
Around three business days after prepaying, you can check your paid-to date via the app or Online Member Services.

- See Paid to
Online Member Services
- Log in
- See Paid to (on your dashboard under Cover details).
